Role: Business Central 2nd Line Support Consultant

Location: Remote/London (1-2 days per month on site

Salary: £40k - £50k DOE

My client are looking for an experienced D365 specialist Support Consultant to join their team. This is a client facing role, the successful candidate will be supporting customers on resolving issues, challenges and providing solutions tailored to their needs.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve Business Central related issues
  • Conducting basic data reconciliation between entry tables and reports.
  • Collaborating closely with Support Developers to provide accurate and detailed data when necessary.
  • Documenting and prioritising cases for escalation to third-line support.
  • Performing basic debugging of error messages.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • 4+ years Business Central experience in a support or consultant role
  • Strong case management skills - the ability to prioritise is key
  • Experience supporting 3rd party apps (Jet Reports, Continia and Tasklet preferred)
