The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Experience working in a GMP/GLP environment.
- Proficiency in various microbiological methods, such as bioburden testing, bacterial endotoxin testing, and microbial isolation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Enthusiastic with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent prioritization skills, as this role is multi-functional.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and reliable.
