Job Description and Overview:

They are looking to grow and have exciting opportunities for a Relationship Account Managers to join their team, who will be responsible for delivering best-in-class content and campaigns for their Commercial Property clients.

AS a Relationship Account Managers you will be passionate about your work, and help to deliver standout creative. (working with the creative inhouse team You will work closely and build relationships with the clients, Creative and Strategic Directors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and on brief. Occasional travel and event attendance will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact and managing a portfolio of key client relationships.
  • Lead conversations with Clients, Production and Directors to generate ideas.
  • Occasionally attend client meetings and shoots and events.
  • Track and manage project budgets and financials.
  • Understand and interpret briefs, challenge requests when necessary, and ensure the best solutions are delivered.

Experience:

  • You may be an Account Executive looking for the next step or an established Account Manager seeking more responsibilities and a larger portfolio.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and manage clients.
  • Skilled in Project Management, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial aptitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise to meet client needs.
  • Comfortable interpreting complex briefs and challenging feedback.

Desirable:

  • Experience in product and/or post-production processes
  • Understanding of other disciplines such as media, products and platforms.
  • Background in a creative or digital agency.
  • Experience within the property market would be an advantage

Salary: £25,000 + Performance Related Bonus
