- Possess comprehensive product knowledge of all beverages served at the bar.
- Exercise excellent stock control skills to manage inventory effectively.
- Manage, motivate, and ensure team members are compliant with current licensing laws.
- Provide leadership in maintaining a friendly and professional service environment for guests.
- Ensure beverages are prepared and presented in accordance with the Resort's specifications.
- Ensure prompt serving of food and beverages, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bar management or relevant hospitality roles.
- Extensive knowledge of various beverages and cocktails.
- Proficient in stock control and inventory management.
- Excellent understanding of current licensing laws and regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServeSafe).
- Previous experience working in a resort or upscale hospitality environment.
