Client Sales Manager Learning & Development Solutions

Our client, an exciting start-up whom are on a mission to transform workplaces globally, are looking to recruit a passionate, consultative Client Sales Manager to join their growing team. Working on a remote basis (with travel to clients / monthly meet-ups in London with company), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client help to design and deliver unique behaviour-changing learning programs for their client base and, to date, have helped to support over 300+ companies across 100+ countries - reaching over 2 million employees! Due to their exponential growth, they are actively seeking the perfect candidate to help to develop new business, selling the company's incredible solution(s). In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Qualifying and converting both inbound and outbound leads through a consultative, story-driven approach
- Owning the sales pipeline for the company's tailored Power Talks solution (costs ranging from £5,000 - £25,000)
- Booking meetings for Client Sales Director (a previous Hays placement!) to sell bespoke solutions
- Working closely with Client Sales Director to drive long-term growth and create amazing client connections
- Growing the new business pipeline in the UK, and actively seeking new industries and organisations to support
- Responsible for the end to end on-boarding of clients; including client calls, meetings and follow-up discussions with newly onboarded organisations, adhering to client values on service delivery
- Maintaining close relationships with repeat clients - Leveraging internal data and having oversight of existing and future sales numbers and pipeline targets
- Working closely with Marketing and Accounts teams to oversee the delivery for all EMEA clients, particularly for long-standing, bespoke partnerships

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Demonstrable experience in B2B consultative sales (although not essential, any experience within the Events/Speaker space would be incredible)
- Experience of closing deals within £5,000 - £25,000
- Consultative approach when selling to clients - an ability to really understand unique needs, in order to create bespoke solutions
- A storytelling mindset, with the ability to communicate stories with impact, leaving a lasting impression on each client
- Receptive to feedback delivered in real-time and being able to make swift changes and decisions based on this feedback
- Excited by high levels of ambiguity and open-ended challenges
- Can create and deliver effective, compelling proposals and concise, clear emails
- Fun, sociable personality!

In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:

- Uncapped commission structure (realistic Year One OTE: £60,000)
- Remote working (one day a month in a London location + business travel expensed when meeting with clients)
