Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a motivated and customer service-oriented Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of first-class recruitment services to a portfolio of high-profile MSP clients. As part of a collaborative and engaged team, you will provide 'best in class' services, making a real difference to our clients and candidates while supporting your team's progression and development.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage a team of Service Delivery Partners, supporting them to achieve objectives across their client portfolio.
  • Ensure recruitment services are delivered in line with contractual obligations, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Organise and lead vacancy briefings, create robust recruitment plans, and act as a liaison between clients and suppliers.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and uncover new revenue sources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on legislation and managing expectations around scarce skills.
  • Conduct CV reviews, coordinate interview scheduling, and manage feedback and negotiations.
  • Liaise with data support team members for role assignments, extensions, and time-sheet management.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and monitor candidate submissions to ensure all checks are in place before commencement.

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in recruitment within a 360 Agency environment, internal resourcing, or MSP delivery.
  • Good understanding of recruitment legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Proven people management skills, including workload distribution.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Management of internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence and control.
  • Excellent rapport building skills, capable of engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to meet varying client needs.
  • Data analysis skills for decision-making.
  • Accountability for team outputs and performance objectives.
  • Prioritisation skills for activities across multiple clients with competing requirements

The following experience would be desirable:

  • Working within an outsourced recruitment service (MSP or RPO).
  • Knowledge of recruitment fundamentals such as attraction strategies, employer brand management, and pre-employment screening.
