Travel Team Leader, Hybrid, £30-35k This well established, independent tour operator specialising in active, family holidays to Europe are looking for an ambitious, dynamic travel team leader/supervisor to join their growing team. This will be a hybrid position between their offices in Hammersmith.
Travel Team Leader Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable about the product and having the confidence and ability to build relationships quickly.
- Passionate about sports and travel
- Ensure Customers always receive high levels of customer service throughout their booking journey.
- Ensure you are maximising commercial opportunity from every call
- Managing and mentoring your team
- KPI management and call monitoring
- On hand to support team
- Have the ability to support the sales team as well as look after your own reservations
Travel Team Leader Skills required:
- Experience in sales, operations or customer service within travel is essential
- Able to work under pressure and multi task.
- A team player
- Passionate about travel
- The ability to build rapport with all levels of clientele.
- Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience is advantageous.

- Salary paying up to £35,000 plus commission plus other amazing company benefits
