We are actively seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with community experience, ready to embrace a new and rewarding challenge.

- Rate of Pay: £26 per hour
A Day in the Life of an RMN: As a community-based mental health nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to your patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting home visits to ensure patients' needs are met.
- Administering necessary medications at scheduled times to address patients' treatment plans.
- Engaging in therapeutic conversations to understand patients' conditions, facilitating effective support and monitoring progress.
- Performing risk assessments to ensure patient safety and mitigate potential dangers to themselves or others, fostering a secure treatment environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Active registration with the NMC as a mental health nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in a community setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A steadfast commitment to delivering the highest quality of patient care.
