An established and highly respected regional law firm in Kenilworth is looking to recruit a motivated and professional Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy residential property team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting conveyancers with the management of residential property transactions from start to finish
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation, including contracts, transfers and completion statements
- Communicating with clients, estate agents and third parties to ensure smooth progress of transactions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files and records
- Providing administrative support, such as managing correspondence and scheduling appointments
About You:
- Experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant or within a similar legal support role (preferably in residential property law)
- A strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and third parties
- Proactive and able to manage a varied workload efficiently
- A genuine interest in property law and providing excellent client service
