IT Support Engineer

Due to growth & expansion, this is a newly created opportunity for an IT Support Analyst looking to progress their career within a well-established global finance firm. Based in Central London you will be onsite 5 days a week in the office and be working a 7am early shift. This role pays £38,000 + bonus, 25 days annual leave and private health.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in 1st / 2nd line BAU user support, and ideally have a background with trading firm, or a bank / finance firm.

Working on a Service Desk and as a Floor Walker you will be working with:

  • Windows 10 & 11
  • Office 365 & Active Directory
  • Service desk tools (Call logging & remote access tools)
  • Setting up PC's, laptops, printers, mobiles, tablets & wifi

Although not essential as this will be taught to you, any experience with Bloomberg or other leading financial / trading applications would be highly beneficial.

Based in the Central London office you will be in a small IT team of 3 providing support to circa 150 users across London, New York and Dubai.

Based in Monument & Cannon Street area of Central London my client has easy access to several tube & train station for easy commuting. This role pays £38,000 + benefits and full IT training.
