They are looking for an experience Air Tightness and Acoustic Consultant to join their growing team in Luton! This company are UKAS-accredited specialising in compliance with Building Regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant Air Tightness qualification.
- Relevant Acoustic qualification.
- Working knowledge of test regulations and guidelines
- Commercial awareness of Building Regulation and Construction Industry.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Up to date knowledge of IT software packages.
- Driving license.
Role responsibilities:
- Liaising with on-site contacts.
- Planning and designing test methodologies.
- Setting up test equipment.
- Collating and analysing data during testing.
- Writing reports.
- Providing remedial guidance when tests fail.
