The IT Consultancy Technology team will provide support, training and mentorship by some of the best technicians and leaders in the IT industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include a diverse range of tasks supporting the seamless operation of IT systems and infrastructure. This can range from providing technical support to developing and implementing new digital solutions. The dynamic nature of the role ensures that no two days are the same, offering an exciting and varied work experience.   • Provide technical support to end-users regarding, software, network and hardware issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and networking problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as needed.
  • Daily monitoring of computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Deployment of desktops and laptops to new and existing users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

What you'll need?

To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

  • A genuine passion for technology.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience of working in a customer service or support based role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications and tools.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels in the company and to different levels of technical ability.
  • Intune and/or Jira experience would be advantageous.
