Development Surveyor
- £30k - £40k + bonus

We are working with a leading UK industrial and logistics developer who is seeking a proactive Development Surveyor to join their fast-paced and hands-on development team.
The Development Surveyor will have full exposure to the complete real estate life-cycle and will involve sourcing new sites, conducting due diligence, and managing projects from financial feasibility through to completion and letting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing strategic land and immediate commercial development opportunities.
- Conduct large-scale site acquisitions and due diligence.
- Collaborate with consultants and manage aspects of existing schemes.
- Assist in marketing, appraisals, and financial feasibility studies.
- Support development appraisals from land acquisition to project completion.
- Work with the planning team to promote sites through the planning process.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in commercial site acquisitions and development appraisals
- Excellent use of Argus valuation software
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Established network within the commercial real estate sector
- RICS qualified or looking to study for it.
