We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer to join our busy long established business in the rural town of Worcestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to take over an existing and varied caseload with the potential for Partnership for the right individual.

JOB OVERVIEW

Working as the Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer you will be dealing with Landlord and Tenant matters, both commercial and residential, as well as some residential conveyancing for long standing clients.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer you will have previous PQE in property law and all types of freehold and leasehold property work, as well as the ability to manage your own caseloads.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer will include:

  • Commercial and Agricultural Conveyancing
  • Landlord and Tenant Matters, both commercial and residential
  • Some residential conveyancing for long standing clients
  • Development acquisition and plot Sales
  • Option and overage agreements
  • Promotion agreements
  • Collaborating with other property professionals, including estate agents and accountants

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous PQE in commercial and agricultural property law
  • A good working knowledge of all aspects of property law
  • Ability to manage your own caseload
  • Competence in progressing commercial and agricultural property transactions and subsidiary documents
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and reliability
