Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Undertake identification of parts and preparation of information for Customer estimates
- Ensure estimates are prepared, processed sent to Customers and chased
- Undertake ordering of parts to pre-determined locations and periodically update expected delivery information
- Goods inward processing and stock control
- Maintain computer and operational system records
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong IT Skills including MS Office and Excel
- Customer Service Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm
- 1 hour lunch break
