Parts Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake identification of parts and preparation of information for Customer estimates
  • Ensure estimates are prepared, processed sent to Customers and chased
  • Undertake ordering of parts to pre-determined locations and periodically update expected delivery information
  • Goods inward processing and stock control
  • Maintain computer and operational system records

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong IT Skills including MS Office and Excel
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 5pm
  • 1 hour lunch break
