5+PQE Legal 500 Chamber UK London

Our client's family department is ranked in Chambers UK and Legal 500. Their dynamic team of Family Finance solicitors has a vacancy for a 5+ PQE solicitor. To be successful in this role, you must have strong experience in finances or relationship breakdowns, especially in TOLATA. The role will also involve complementary private law children's work.

You must have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and good attention to detail. Our client values commitment to client care, profitability and business development and expects a positive contribution to these areas. You must be able to prioritise your workload and be adaptable to people, situations and technology. You should have some experience supervising junior team members and be approachable.

A friendly, enthusiastic and supportive working environment awaits you, with monthly personal development meetings, regular training and an open-door policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running a caseload of family law files including divorce, medium and high net worth financial matters, and relationship breakdowns, especially in ToLATA
  • Assisting senior team members in complex, high-value matters
  • Continuing professional development to ensure excellent technical knowledge
  • Committing to maintaining professional, Lexcel and firm standards
  • Achieving goals set including and in relation to time recording and billing

The role offers a generous bonus structure with a positive outlook on flexible working.

This is, of course, only one opportunity I am working on, I would be happy to detail both this as well as others over a brief, initial chat. I am presently working on roles for Family Solicitors, Private Client Solicitor and some Residential roles.
