Job Title: Head of Administration and Executive PA
Salary: £50,000 - £54,000 per annum
Location: St Albans, with occasional travel
Contract: 1 year Maternity contract

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience of working and managing an office team of administrators
- Ability to prioritise and organise a team, in a demanding and busy environment
- Confident and concise communicator, with strong PA experience supporting staff in a senior role
- Evidence of managing diaries, deal with emails and oversee a team
- Proficient user of MS Office package
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership and management of administration departments, acting as the focal point for all admin matters
- Confirm that all meetings across the business are taking place
- Leading the PA/EA team responsible for the administration support for the senior leadership team
- Oversee assigned budgets to ensure staff are effectively working within their budgets.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 35 days pro rata plus 8 days bank holiday
- Automatic entry into the local government pension scheme
