Skills and responsibilities include
- Provide Tax knowledge to business/finance projects for corporate restructuring and M&A
- Project Manage tax led projects
- Advise the business when tax queries arise
- Assist with Tax Governance, Compliance and Reporting
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA
- Strong Tax Knowledge under IFRS corporate tax principles and processes
- Time management essential
- Highly personable and articulate
