What You'll Be Up To:
- Master of Movement: Organise all overseas transport and tackle any challenges that come your way.
- Quote King/Queen: Get the best price quotes for shipments, ensuring they always get the best bang for their buck!
- Freight Forwarder Fanatic: Regularly meet with freight forwarders to guarantee top-notch customer service.
- Paperwork Pro: Keep their transport tender current and ensure timely invoice reviews and approvals.
- Customs Champ: Handle TSS declarations, customs clearance, and ensure all goods are coded and cleared correctly.
- Spreadsheet Sorcerer: Work with the Logistics Stock Controller to maintain and analyse transport rates, flagging any discrepancies.
- Commodity Code Connoisseur: Review and research commodity codes and duty rates quarterly, especially for new products.
- Relationship Rockstar: Build strong bonds with transport companies, suppliers, and internal teams.
