Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Futures are looking to appoint an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work a day's role for a growing manufacturing business. The successful electrical maintenance engineer will work to a planned maintenance schedule and on a reactive basis across a range of machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a great opportunity to work with a small close-knit team in a business which are known for their retention.

The role – Electrical Maintenance Engineer

  • Lots of root cause analysis of breakdowns
  • Ensure working areas remain clean and tidy, Worksop stores etc.
  • Comply with health and safety and food safety legislation.
  • React quickly to breakdowns (considerably less often than most maintenance roles in food!)
  • Planned Maintenance
  • CI/Project work

Qualifications/Experience required - Maintenance Engineer

  • The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of HNC/NVQ to level 3 in an Engineering related discipline (Electrical) you will also ideally have completed an apprenticeship or an equivalent formal training programme in installation and maintenance that includes relevant practical experience.
