Responsibilities: As a Behaviour Mentor, your role will be instrumental in fostering a positive and supportive school environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with students to address and manage challenging behavior.
- Providing individualised support to promote positive engagement and personal development.
- Collaborating with teaching staff and other support professionals to implement effective strategies.
- Conducting regular assessments to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Building positive relationships with students, families, and staff to create a cohesive support system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting students' emotional and behavioral well-being.
- Ability to implement effective behavior management strategies.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.
