Salary: £50,000 - £55,000, per annum - depending on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager. This is a critical role within our organisation, overseeing the full internal end-to-end payroll process. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll management, compliance with regulations, and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full payroll process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee and process all payroll activities, including but not limited to, tax, benefits, and deductions.
  • Supervise one Payroll Administrator, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and internal policies.
  • Crown and People XD systems for payroll processing and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration and address any payroll-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Payroll Manager role, managing large payroll operations.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex payroll processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
