Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted interventions
- Support pupil to access the teaching content and engage in lessons.
- Manage challenging behaviour in a calm and patient manner.
- Ensure pupil's safety and welfare is always maintained.
- Provide feedback when asked
- Maintain accurate records
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience working in an educational setting
- Ability to build trusting relationships
- High levels of patience
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to use own initiative
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND
