What You Will Do:
- Lead testing campaigns from requirement definition to data analysis and reporting.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to define technical and timing requirements for testing.
- Supervise testing facility setup, ensuring rig and unit under test fulfil requirements.
- Provide on-site support at customer or other facilities to monitor and ensure successful delivery of testing campaigns.
- Conduct timely data processing and analysis to support engineering decisions.
- Communicate daily project and testing status updates to all stakeholders, ensuring any issues are formally logged and addressed.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in powertrain development or testing.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Electric Drive Units and batteries.
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to provide clear technical recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work flexibly across different projects.
