The role:

The successful applicant will support our two dedicated Litigation Support Assistants in helping with tasks which contribute to the smooth running of the office generally.

We recognise that our people are our most valuable asset, and we have a track record of developing staff of the future.

Key tasks (not an exhaustive list):

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including scanning post.
  • To assist with copying and scanning legal bundles.
  • Draft routine letters and other communications (with training)
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory and assist with the coordination of meetings, including room bookings and preparing meeting materials.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Carry out other duties, as and when required, to assist in the smooth running of the business

The successful applicant:

To excel in this role, you should be well organised and a good communicator both written and verbal with a good telephone manner. You must be IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Educated to A Level standard is preferable with a minimum of a grade 4 or 5 in GCSE Maths and English.

Experience:

  • Some office experience is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
