We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and creativity across all our venues, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and help us continue to grow our brand.

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Apprentice Marketing Executive to support our marketing team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, with a focus on social media management, content creation, and digital marketing across our multi-venue sites.

Salary:
£16,000 - £18,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Respond to direct messages (DMs) and engage with our online community
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content using Canva or similar software
  • Assist in designing menus, posters, and cards that align with our brand identity
  • Develop and implement social media advertisements and promotional campaigns
  • Support in creating and distributing email marketing campaigns and mail shots
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise our online presence
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new ideas and strategies

What we are looking for:
Desired skills:

  • Strong interest in marketing and social media
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and advertising
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week: 40 hours per week – typically Monday – Friday (9am - 5pm) however, outside of these hours may be required. [will be discussed upon interview]
