Our prestigious and leading UK banking client based in the city of London, is actively seeking a Senior HR Administrator to join their small but friendly and hardworking team.
Salary: £40-45K
This is a hybrid role for 3 days in the office. However, the expectation of 4 days in the office for the first few weeks is required for training.
As a senior administrator, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, supporting the HR team with onboarding, benefits & employee relations issues.
You should be experienced and knowledgeable about policies and procedures, particularly within the financial service industry.
Duties:
- You will be the first point of contact for new joiners to the business.
- Inductions for new joiners.
- You will have full ownership of the onboarding and background screening process.
- Preparing contracts and offer letters.
- You will provide guidance and manage stakeholders with policies and procedures.
- Help with employee lifecycle duties that include leave/absence, etc.
- Advise on maternity/paternity etc.
- Complete changes for salaries/job titles/notices.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience as an HR administrator/coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Experience providing and coaching stakeholders on matters of employee relations is crucial.
- Experience working in a mid-size Finance/Banking environment.
- Good experience as a generalist HR professional.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
