A professional services company based in Birmingham is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. The role is Hybrid working (in the office twice a week) and paying up to £30,000.
Your new role
- Manage your own ledger of up to 500 accounts
- Handling credit queries to conclusion and ensuring client specific service level criteria is met.
- Providing first class customer service to clients.
- To use your technical knowledge and experience to chase all overdue debts.
- To deal with customer queries in a timely manner.
- To produce monthly statements to clients where required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Excellent degree of knowledge of Credit related principles
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Good degree of IT competency and literacy
- Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example
