Credit Controller

A professional services company based in Birmingham is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. The role is Hybrid working (in the office twice a week) and paying up to £30,000.
Your new role

  • Manage your own ledger of up to 500 accounts
  • Handling credit queries to conclusion and ensuring client specific service level criteria is met.
  • Providing first class customer service to clients.
  • To use your technical knowledge and experience to chase all overdue debts.
  • To deal with customer queries in a timely manner.
  • To produce monthly statements to clients where required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous Credit Control experience
  • Excellent degree of knowledge of Credit related principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good degree of IT competency and literacy
  • Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example
