We are looking for a HR professional to work within our clients fantastic team, providing efficient HR assistance and administrative support.
Duties will include:
- Preparing and processing paperwork for candidates, including DBS and reference checks, draft contracts, induction and offer letters.
- Preparing and inputting of staff adverts.
- Coordinating and recording completion of appropriate training.
- Maintaining sickness and attendance records, absence and lateness records, and producing reports as required.
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Inputting all data on to the HR and workforce management system.
- Maintaining employee personnel files and HR filing system.
- Minute taking and assistance for employee meetings including disiplinaries.
- General administrative duties as required.
