If you enjoy variety and responsibility then this Relocation Co-ordinator position will be perfect for you, it requires good customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing a smooth and efficient relocation services on behalf of customers
- Managing enquiries received from private and corporate customers for all types of moves
- Collating costing information for moves in the UK, Europe and worldwide
- Preparing accurate quotations for customers and following up to secure bookings
- Negotiating with customers to obtain the maximum revenue for the work required
- Preparing job files and tracking moves being completed through to conclusion
