Beauty Lecturer

We are seeking a dedicated Beauty Lecturer to join our educational team and deliver Level 2 Beauty courses. This part-time role is ideal for a passionate individual with a strong background in beauty therapy and education.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for Level 2 Beauty courses.
- Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials that meet curriculum standards and the needs of learners.
- Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
- Engaging with students to inspire and motivate them in the field of beauty therapy.
- Participating in departmental meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, PTLLS).
- A professional qualification in beauty therapy at Level 3 or above.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an inclusive learning environment that caters to a diverse student population.
- Commitment to continuous professional development in both teaching and beauty therapy.
