Royal Collection Trust is responsible for the care and presentation of one of the world's most important art collections and manages the public opening of the official Royal residences.

Our Ticket Sales and Information team sell around three million tickets every year via our central contact centre and onsite ticket counters. Working at the heart of our operations, you'll provide essential administrative and logistics support so that our teams have what they need to deliver an exceptional ticket sales experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate and manage correspondence from members of the public, ensuring communications align with brand guidelines and responses are quality assured.
  • You'll oversee requests for complimentary tickets and charitable donations.
  • Support the ad hoc and volume recruitment, induction and training of new team members, and oversee rostering, payroll submissions and uniform allocation.
  • You'll oversee stock control and purchasing, liaising with suppliers to ensure teams have everything they need.
  • As a central point of contact, you'll respond to stakeholder queries, arrange meetings, and co-ordinate travel arrangements.
  • As a key member of the core team, you'll occasionally provide Duty Management cover in the Contact Centre and onsite at Buckingham Palace, delivering daily briefings, supporting staff, and ensuring sales results and high standards of customer service.

Essential Criteria:

  • You'll have excellent administration skills and experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Organised with great time-management skills, you easily prioritise a variety of tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Your clear and confident communication skills mean you can build collaborative working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Digitally literate, with good drafting skills and an eye for detail, you're able to create a range of documents in different formats.
  • Methodical in approach, you can work accurately with figures and maintain precise records.
  • At your best working in a team, you can also work independently with initiative and pro activity.
