Change Analyst @Greencore

As the Change Analyst, you will be supporting the Group IT team in managing changes to systems and services from end to end (idea through to deployment). You will play a crucial role in guiding and managing the organisational changes necessary for our growth and adaptation, ensuring that these changes are carried out smoothly and effectively.

What you'll be doing:

  • Administering the Change Management process, reviewing requests for change for completeness, chairing CAB meetings, documenting and sharing CAB minutes, scheduling and chairing emergency CABs, overseeing the raising and approval of standard changes, and reporting on CAB progress
  • Support the wider IT function in administering the pre-delivery pipeline of work, to ensure that all work is appropriately defined, documented, reviewed, and approved before being handed over to delivery. This includes chairing and minuting all WIN Process gated checkpoints, and the fortnightly Pipeline meetings
  • Support the Head of IT GRC to make improvements to processes and practices and define new processes where necessary
  • Collate data, analyse and report on the progress of the WIN Pipeline, sharing reports with the IT SLT and wider IT team
  • Train new and existing members of the Group IT team in the WIN and Change processes
  • Administer IT tooling used to manage change, including Jira and the RFC portal, ensuring these tools are used correctly and kept up to date
  • Manage the transfer of operational expenditure (OpEx) into the IT OpEx budget when delivery projects close

What we're looking for:

  • Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Good analytical skills with a strong ability to analyze data, understand complex processes, and assess the impact of changes on various aspects of the business
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information, influence stakeholders, and facilitate effective change
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs, and manage their expectations throughout the change process
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and modify plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Technical proficiency with change management tools, software, and methodologies
  • Strong ability to organise tasks, prioritise activities, and manage time effectively to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs to support our people in adapting to new systems and processes
