Role Overview:
My client is seeking a driven and organised project manager to join their dynamic and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will excel in a high-paced environment, adeptly handling multiple projects, stakeholders, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in project kick-off meetings, ensuring comprehensive briefs.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage resources across teams and with external freelancers/contractors.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery within deadlines.
- Conduct regular status meetings and keep clients and stakeholders updated.
- Handle administrative tasks, including contracts, documentation, and invoicing.
- Use task management tools for organizing priorities.
