Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Contract: 6 Months Contract

Location: B37 Birmingham

Salary: £13.33 to £14.36 Per hour

Working Hours: 08:30am to 17:00pm

About the Role:

We are recruiting for a leading player in the construction industry, known for their commitment to quality and innovation. Their projects span various sectors, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure. We are seeking a motivated and experienced In-House Recruitment admin to join our client team for a 6-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position. This role is critical in supporting our recruitment efforts to attract top talent across various functions, particularly in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Requirements:

  • Experience within recruitment ideally with internal experience
  • Construction experience would be ideal
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
