Our client is looking for someone with a natural flare for detail and personal service as well as a strong proven record in hitting targets. A passion for customer service and the ability to naturally build relationships with their guests is essential. You will be required to be flexible, proactive in your approach to work and show adaptability, due to the varied volumes of trade. This is a small boutique with a fantastic team orientated environment and therefore you must be happy working in a close-knit team, where everyone is working towards a common goal and targets.
Key responsibilities of a Client Advisor:
- Providing outstanding customer service, inspiring purchases and maximising retail sales
- Upholding housekeeping standards
- Assist with availability and processing of stock
- High levels of customer interaction with a wide range of people in the retail environment
- Providing a first-class shopping experience by promoting additional benefits / services
- Ensuring the security of the product
- Processing transactions through till system
- Approaching customers with an energetic, positive and professional attitude
- Must be able to represent the brand and its values at all times.
Requirements for a Client Advisor:
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and keen interest in fashion and accessories
- Have excellent self presentation
- Have previous experience within luxury retail, sales and clientelling
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Enthusiastic, friendly, polite with an outgoing personality
- Demonstrate a proactive and consultative approach
- Must be flexible to work on weekends
- Language skills beneficial, but not essential
