An award winning, international professional services firm based in Central Manchesterare looking for an experienced Office Manageron a full time, permanent basis (fully office based).Managing a busy team, you will be responsible forthe day-to-day function of the entire and will act as the primary point for all relevant office management. You will ideally have experienced within a similar role and be looking to add value to your next role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Full people management of a team of administrators and receptionist
- Developing and coaching team members
- Handling any performance management related issues
- Leading on all recruitment for team members
- 1st line handling of HR queries and monitoring sickness and absence as well as support in the recruitment process
- Health and Safety Management for the office
- Ensuring all facilities management for the office space
This business is looking for someone to fit in with their culture and therefore you must possess the gravitas to handle challenging and varied tasks daily. You will have solid people management experience and love coordinating and thinking creatively. Successful candidates MUST have worked in a professional services/ corporate setting, ie Financial Services, Property or Legal sector.
Please note this role is fully office-based Monday to Friday 9.30am until 5.30pm.
