A leading financial advisory firm, seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A Corporate Finance Professional to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of their organization, you will be responsible for leading and executing a wide range of merger and acquisition transactions for clients across various industries. Your new role
- Leading and executing M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, as well as debt and equity financing
- Conducting financial analysis and valuations to support M&A transactions
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential buyers
- Negotiating and structuring deals
- Identifying and evaluating potential M&A opportunities
- Providing strategic advice to clients on M&A transactions
- Continuously seeking to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality
What you'll need to succeed
- A professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACA, ACCA)
- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on M&A
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and valuation techniques
- Experience with Excel, financial modelling and other financial analysis software
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development and new client acquisition
