Radley Green is exclusively partnering a global Tech business to recruit an FP&A Manager for their London head office.
This is a fantastic role working for a leader in it's field and will involve working closely with the CFO and acting as a true business partner to the Tech team and CTO.
This role is to start ASAP, so candidates must be on short notice periods, and will pay £80k-£90k plus bonus and hybrid working.
The role responsibilities include:
- Build relationships with local finance teams across EMEA and LATAM and be the SME for Technology
- Consolidate, review and reporting on the monthly technology P&L
- Working with CTO to prepare and present at the monthly business review to the CEO and CFO
- Running the month end processes for global tech team and costs including B/S review, Fixed Asset Cleardown, Headcount review, intercompany recharge reviews, variance analysis against forecast/budget
- Taking ownership of global CAPEX reporting, review, presenting functional roadmaps and business cases
- Working with global tech stakeholders to produce the annual P&L, budget and quarterly forecast
- Working with all Tech stakeholders to review costs, produce budgets and forecasts and owning all tech finances and reporting.
Candidates must be / have:
- Qualified accountant with experience working in a Commercial Finance / FP&A or Finance Business Partnering role
- Ability to communicate, and understand, Tech teams and Technology leaders
- The ability to collate, analyse and present data and information clearly and concisely
- The confidence to push back and manage relationships
- Strong systems and excel skills
