Panel Beater
- Salary: £34,200 plus uncapped bonus and overtime

- Working Hours: 9.5 hours a day, 6am-4pm or 7.30am-5pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Panel Beater to join a reputable automotive repair centre in the Great Yarmouth area. The successful candidate will work on insurance contracts, with 60-70 vehicles on site at any given time, and will have the opportunity to earn a significant monthly income including bonuses.
Day to Day of the role:
- Replacement of panels and removing and replacing the body shell of vehicles.
- Panel straightening, filling, and ensuring body alignment.
- Welding and bonding as required for vehicle repairs.
- Achieve 150% efficiency by completing tasks in a timely manner, earning bonuses for work completed ahead of schedule.
- Work collaboratively with the bodyshop team to maintain high standards of work and meet deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience within a Panel Beater role.
- Full Panel Beater qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- ATA accreditation would be advantageous.
- A hard-working individual with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
