?? ROLE: Temp to Perm Office Reception Concierge
?? HOURS: 8am - 6pm
?? SALARY: £15 per hour

?? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a warm and professional greeting for all visitors to the building.
- Address and assist with tenant queries regarding building operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance contractors for repair and cleaning tasks as needed.
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the property management team.
�? SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Immediate availability is a must.
- Demonstrated professionalism with excellent spoken English.
- Proficiency in basic IT systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ideal to have previous experience in a similar position within Central London.
- Familiarity with building systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of health and safety systems and requirements is preferred.
