Their offices offer traditional settings, allowing potential buyers and vendors to discuss their property requirements in comfort whilst their highly motivated and respected Sales and lettings teams offer a service which is unparalleled within the area.
Due to a retirement they are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for their Sidcup office.
Ideal Person
- Already have experience at Valuer/Branch/Sales Manager level
- Manage the Sales team
- Confident lister/valuer
- Deal with Sales Progression
- You must be a proactive individual
- You must be target driven and be able to increase Business Levels
Essential skills:
- Previous experience in Estate Agency is essential
- Proven track record in Valuing with a very good conversion rate
- Increasing market share
- Managing a Sales team
- Full Driving License
Preferable skills:
- Knowledge of local area
In return you will receive -
- A competitive basic of £30-35,000 dependant on experience
- Realistic OTE of £60-70,000
Hours of work -
- Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
- Saturday 9am-5pm
- Sunday 10am-4pm
- 5 day working week
