Our client are looking for a temporary member of staff who can hit the ground running at this very busy period. To apply for this role you must have Export experience and a working knowledge of SAP.
Duties include:
- Process orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure communication targets to customers is achieved
- Processing orders with SAP
- Understand and navigate stock, order entry & dispatch screens
- Create Export documentation in systems
- Produce regular outstanding customer order reports as required
- Manage a complex dispatch schedule across 3 dispatch points
- Combining shipments where feasible from 3 locations
- Minimising cost to the business by effective management of logistics
- Understanding of export shipment terms
- Communication to key Stakeholders across 3 sites, managing 3 different dispatch/ production and manufacturing demands
- Weekly calls with key stake holders to ensure timely shipments
- Detailed review and approval of freight invoices
The ideal candidate will be hard working, have the ability to pick things up really quickly and not be worried to get stuck into the role. As mentioned above we can only consider candidates with Export experience as training on this isn't provided.
