An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen to join an expansive property and lettings company based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to assist the Lettings Director in ensuring that all properties are let in a timely manner across a range of new build properties in Liverpool itself. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 years' experience in property sales negotiations.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth transactions
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understand the local lettings market
What we need from you:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a lettings / property negotiation role.
- Driving licence and own vehicle
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.
- Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company's reputation.
