I am on the lookout for a Customer Services Coordinator to join my client, a developer, in their Head Office in North West London. This role is starting ASAP.

The ideal candidate willhave worked an administrative role within the constrution industry.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Services Coordinator:

  • Administration of Customer issues
  • Management of Contractors and Customer Support Operatives
  • Managing remediation of outstanding issues
  • Manage costs
  • Data capture and reporting
  • Health and safety

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be an experienced candidate in an Office Admin / Secretarial/Resident Liason or other similar role
  • Must have previous experience working on site or main office in construction
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be competent in using systems such as Microsoft Office
  • Be organised and have a strong work ethic.
