Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with experience using Qube property management software? We're looking for a skilled Finance Clerk to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in managing financial operations across our property portfolio.
We are recruiting for a leading property management firm with a strong reputation for excellence, transparency, and innovation. The team manages a diverse and growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties, and rely on robust financial systems—like Qube—to deliver exceptional service.
You Role:
As a Finance Cerk, you'll support the finance function with day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure the smooth running of financial processes, particularly through the effective use of Qube.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain financial data using Qube software
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and client accounts
- Assist with service charge and ground rent invoicing
- Prepare and post journal entries and month-end adjustments
- Support the preparation of financial reports and audits
- Liaise with property managers and clients regarding account queries
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies and industry regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a finance/accounts role
- Proficient user of Qube property management software (essential)
- Strong numerical and data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in property or real estate finance is a plus
- Ongoing training and professional development
