Main Responsibilities:

  • Loan Management: Ensure newly boarded loans are accurately set up on our internal system.
  • Customer Liaison: Be the primary contact for borrowers, resolving their queries and issues.
  • Service Functions: Handle account amendments, insurance schedules, and third-party authorities.
  • Loan Expiry Management: Work on loans approaching expiry.
  • Enquiry Handling: Address borrower account changes within mandated levels and procedures.
  • Information Requests: Respond accurately to information requests.
  • Quality Standards: Meet client expectations for quality, productivity, and performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and influence service enhancement opportunities.
  • Project Assistance: Support projects defined by the Team Leader.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work within FCA regulations and report any breaches.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Customer Service & Administration Skills: Demonstrate high service levels and attention to detail.
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Grade C in GCSE Mathematics and English, or equivalent.
  • Analytical Skills: Calculate affordability and assess borrower circumstances.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate, factual, and professional information recording.
  • Adaptability: Work to tight deadlines and be flexible within the role.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Quickly adopt new systems and concepts.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional manner in various situations.
  • Process-Driven: Follow processes to a high standard.
