Our leading Financial Services client is looking for highly skilled Project Manager to join their team for a 6 months initial contract.

Role

The Consultant will be responsible for developing a comprehensive customer communications approach targeting millions of customers for client. The goal is to enhance customer engagement, improve satisfaction, and ensure effective, consistent, and compliant communication across all channels via supporting the PDP process within P&S and coordinating the implementation across Open, Heritage and Policyholder Asset Management teams supporting the implementation of the clients private markets SAA.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assessment and Analysis:
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of the current customer communication processes and channels.

  • Support the coordination and analysis of large and diverse stakeholder input and support the creation of conclusions. (Different P&S channel leads and Asset Management)

  1. Strategy Development:
  • Supporting the coordination of the development a comprehensive customer communications strategy and managing the 27 PDP governance stage gates across Distribution channels and heritage funds within P&S.

  • Project plan development for coordination and sequencing of investment operations, customer communications and AM policyholder portfolio management.

  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders across the client Group including customer service, marketing, product channel leads, Asset Management and supporting L2 compliance teams across P&S & AM.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to co-create and refine communication strategies.

  • Present findings and recommendations to working groups and steering committees where required to obtain management buy in.

  1. Workstream Initiation & Agile Project Management:
  • Create and manage charter development, project plans and timelines through collaborating with the SME's.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Utilise agile tooling (i.e. JIRA RAID management) and cadences aligned with the programme structure.

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

  1. Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to P&S Channel teams on the new communication approach and provide supporting material on private markets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in agile project management and business analysis within Financial Services
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret complex data
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, risk management, reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong foundational understanding of private and capital markets
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in data reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Jira)
