Buisness Development Manager
- To support Franchise Sales Manager & Operations Director & Head Office team
- Oversee set-up of either new businesses or take ownership of any future Acquisitions including assistance with sales & marketing, cash flows and business planning and recruitment
- If required to guide potential franchisees from initial enquiry through to the point at which they make a decision - to join or not to join the company team
- To assist with new businesses with Market Research/Territory Analysis in order to ensure the right area to operate.
- To liaise with franchisee's regarding marketing/advertising the companys Franchise opportunities.
- To support, assist and advise all the Branches with all aspects of developing a profitable business
- Development of an in-depth understanding in all elements of a successful Branch office and have the skills to effectively coach new managers in all areas of the business
Annual Leave - 25 days plus bank holidays.
The candidate would be Home Based, so travelling to the Chester Office would not be necessary.
Starting Salary - £50k depending on experience. With a 10% Annual Bonus based on KPI's which will be paid quarterly.
