Business Development Manager - £45K - £48K *Field Based*
We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Business Development Manager to join our clients Corporate Business Development Team. This is a thrilling opportunity to become a part of their team.
As a Corporate Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with prospecting, securing, implementing, and nurturing new business clients. Your primary focus will be on managing customer acquisitions to achieve optimal engagement levels through a consultative, analytical, and technically comprehensive customer experience.

Key accountabilities:
- Develop and implement customer prospecting and engagement strategies across various corporate sectors, utilizing diverse methods such as face-to-face meetings, Teams, email, etc., with a clear focus on aligning customer needs with the companies solutions.
- Deliver high-quality presentations to a wide range of customer profiles, demonstrating a solid understanding of their business needs and how the companies solutions can address them.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all activities in the CRM, including activity reports, pipeline leads and opportunities, conversion rates, and delivery timelines. Provide regular reports on these metrics to Senior Management as needed.
Essential skills:
- Previous experience in a field-based business development role.
- Proven track record in new business B2B experience.
- Ability to understand, articulate, document, and deliver solutions that meet customer and commercial needs.
- Strong and effective analytical, verbal, and written communication skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in IT, Excel, and MS Office skills.
